Here's my personal favorite in athletic apparel. It's a relatively new brand, but is finding its target market with yoga-lovers. Perhaps a female match for the more masculine Under Armour spandex? Lululemon has everything from yoga wear to tennis clothes.
Try out the the Groove series. I have the "Groovy Run Shorts"; "Groove Pants" and "Groove Shorts." They are SO comfortable and supportive. Unlike generic spandex or biker shorts, lululemon's products don't ride up, which can be crucial if you're out for a run on the roads!
It's a bit pricey, but check out sales and the factory store at the Woodbury Commons Outlet Center, as I mentioned in my prior posts. I picked up a few items from lulu at their factory store over the summer.
If you're just looking to test out lulu's products and not looking to spend a fortune, I recommend getting a headband. They're about $10 or $12 in the retail store; $5 in the outlets. They have an inner lining that ensures a no-slip-grip without snagging on your hair. They're also in really neat colors that match patterns in other apparel lines. I have purple and hot pink to match a shorts/tank duo. The material is the same as other products, so the headbands will give you a taste of what lulu has to offer before diving in.
Hopefully lulu will come up some brown tennis clothes to solve my uniform issue! We would be the most trendy team, without a doubt.
Check out the online store for more on lulu!!!
